Sunset view from Kasarsai Dam

Kasarsai Dam is just around 20 kms from my place and is a perfect getaway from a busy day. It’s a quiet place and not much crowded.

The road towards the dam is quite narrow. As monsoon is still in withdrawal state here, there is still greenery around.

The green surroundings around make it a pleasant view.

There is also a boat club some 2km from dam here and one can go on a boat ride for a nominal rate.

One can dip their feet into the water and sit on the banks but going deep into the water is not allowed.

People mostly come here for boat ride and also to enjoy the sunset.
