This is LED street lighting decoration done in one of the Lord Ganesha’s temple during festivities.

LED lights decoration is usually done on a grand scale during Ganesh Festival which falls in August-September. Large number of people come out at night to see the Lighting Decoration.
At night it truly appears impressive illuminating entire street.

Well, these are LED running board-lights used for decoration. Streetlights will also work as it illuminated entire street that day. 🙂
